TURNAROUND TIME?
We have most items available and ready to ship. However, some of our handmade items such as bibs, teething rings, crocheted items, blankets etc can have unto a 2-7 day turnaround. We understand you are excited about your order, just as we are excited to make it. Every product is made to order with the outmost love and care. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, however peak periods such as Christmas and sale/promotions can affect these times.
WHY BILASH BABY?
BilashBaby was created and is run by a mother and daughter duo from a home office in the Camden area, Australia.
All products are designed and created with love and the outmost care and attention to detail.
Being mothers, and now a grandmother her self (Regina) we understand the importance of comfortability and style for your little bub. All of our products get tested, worn and used by the children in our family (my two boys wear bows in their hair, as my little girl has none at the moment for a whole day just to see if the clip we use really is suitable for children and their activities during the day).
A lot of thought goes into each and every product that we create. We try and aim for classic and timeless pieces that can be used and abused by your little one and still be passed down to brothers/sisters, cousins and friends. My youngest still uses bibs that my eldest son used.
We truly hope you love our pieces just as much as we love them.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY FINISH ON BOWS?
Different bows can come with different finishes. Our knot bows come with a choice of: an alligator clip, a nylon headband in 3 shades light, medium or dark (these nylon headbands are super soft and stretchy), or an elastic hairband.
Our hair bows come with a choice of: a right or left side alligator clip or a nylon headband in 3 shades light, medium or dark. Our hair bows can also come in a pigtail set which comes in a set of 2 bows with an alligator finish (left and right side clips).
Right Clips generally sit on the right side of your head. Looking at the bow from the front, the clip will squeeze together to open on the right hand side.
CAUTION NOTE
At no point should your child be left unsupervised whilst wearing our accessories. Our accessories although made with outmost care and to high standards they may present a choking risk to small children. Please do not allow your children to sleep whilst wearing accessories.
